We are a friendly, easy going, tidy couple seeking two people to share our four bedroom house in Mitchelton, Brisbane (you dont need to apply with two people - we are seeking single people :-). Their are two rooms available. You must be employed and be able to promptly pay rent and bills and be clean and tidy.  Each room will be $125/week plus bills (electricity, internet, gas, and if you want foxtel) and in addition $500 bond (2 weeks rent up front will be required). The two rooms are upstairs and have separate lounge room and bathroom to us. Both rooms have built in cupboards and one is air conditioned, they are both VERY big rooms! There is a deck upstairs and we live on a large 1000sqm block which is fully fenced, we have a very friendly dog who is ALWAYS outside and loves people. Upstairs is not furnished at all - you will need your own furniture. We have all kitchen supplies, fridge, washing machine, etc. Just not a microwave :-) The house is approximately 5 minute walk to the train station and ten minute walk to brookside shopping centre.
