House is in a peaceful new estate in lovely Murrumba Downs overlooking the lake.  Lots of wildlife just over the road and there are also fitness stations around the lake for those who like to keep fit.  Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still be close enough to get where you need to go. Train station is 5 mins away – going directly into city (takes approx 45 mins).  5 Mins drive Westfield North Lakes. Bus service at end of street to Westfield North Lakes also and to Redcliffe/Scarborough and Petrie train station.  $160 per week for single person and $220 for a couple – Couples welcome.
