A lovely room in our friendly + social home is available. The home is located on a quiet street in Highgate Hill and is a 10 min stroll to the heart of the West End and the West End Citycat + a few minutes to 192/199 buses. This massive Queenslander has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a large kitchen, 2 back verandahs with a nice view and a backyard.

The house is fully furnished, except your room. The current resident is leaving Aus so would be happy to discuss selling her furniture to the newbie + if you do have any extra furniture, there will be plenty of space for it in this house! The bedroom already has a large wardrobe (one/4 with built-in shelves), a storage area above the wardrobe, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. It currently accommodates a Queen size bed (can easily fit a King though!), desk/chair and bookshelf with plenty of room to spare. You have your own bathroom but we ask that you allow visitors access as it is on the first level.
