Northside Sharehouse. Spare Room For Rent.

Looking for a third housemate (18 to 26 yrs) to share house with two 19yr girls. 5 mins from Chermside Shopping Centre (Northside Brisbane). Shared bills of wireless internet (12GB per month) and electricity paid quarterly.  Must be clean and tidy. That is, no toenail clippings on the kitchen table and must be prepared to wash a dish, if not actual dishes. References would be great, and we would prefer people who are not total bastards. We both love music, art and having  laugh as long as it is not induced by excessive amounts of alcohol or crack. Weirdos are acceptable as long as they pay bond/rent and do not smell like rotting fruit.=].
