Highset home with laundry and plenty of storage space underneath. Off street parking available. The house is fully furnished except for bedroom.

Double-sized room available has 1 larger size window and 2 smaller windows.

Great house surrounded by leafy trees and a huge backyard. Located very close to Greenslopes Hospital and is a 10 minute walk to the busway and Logan Road (Greenslopes Shopping Centre), 15 minute walk to Stones Corner.

$157.50 per week or $175 per week approx incl. bills (electricity, gas and phone) and 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks bond.
