Hello my name is Glen my 16 yr old daughter & I live on the northside of Brisbane at Mitchelton only 8km's from Brisbane CBD it takes 20 to 30min to get to the city by bus or train that run until about Midnight by taxi it is app $30.
We are looking to rent out the third room in our house to a single female student long term or a female traveller short term on holidays a couple or husband & wife on a working holiday is also ok short or long term.Though the room will cost a little more
No electricity will be asked & some meals will be provided or buy your own food to cook what & when you want our house is your house.Rent in advance will be asked for how long you may want to stay or if longer term  it can be a week by week basis is ok but must be paid on time.

Some internet access is available to use or if you have your own PC that is ok too it will work here through the house connection.
There are no set hours or curfew people can come & go as they please,
As long as there is no loud drunken behaviour late at night.
There is a BBQ area out the back to relax & also lots of parks & sporting ovals.
It is only a short walk to the shops for bread & milk as well as a shopping centre a little further on.
 
Your respect & privacy are assured as we expect the same.
 All we ask is that people are down to earth easy going like to laugh & can hold a good conversation Honesty & Trust are obvouisly very important & works both ways.
I will endeavour to keep the house clean as possible & am happy to help in any way where i can.

People that are tolerant of Smoking are required there is not always alcohol here much but it is ok if others want to drink only if they are not rude or obnoxious no disrespectful or bad behaviour will be tolerated.

Basically people that are comfortable to be themselves & are open & honest,
We are looking forward to meeting those who may apply & making your stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible hope to hear from you soon.
