I have a room available in a fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in a secure complex of 5 at Moorooka.

I am a 24 y/o professional female, working in South Brisbane and am looking for someone, who is easy to get along with and friendly. Ideally a professional female employed full time that is considerate, responsible, clean and tidy and pays rent on time.

The townhouse is situated on a very quiet street with the “Toohey Forest Park” just behind, there is a bus stop out the front and shops and restaurants just next door.  The bedroom available is unfurnished with a large built-in wardrobe, and your own ensuite.

Rent is $160 per week, electricity not included. On moving in a payment of 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond ($640) is required. Rent is to be one week in advance at all times.

Parking is available within the complex but a space is not guaranteed.  There is ample street parking.
