I am going to China for the summer and since I've finally found that rare thing, a truly awesome share house, I am loathe to give it up... Please help me out and rent my room from anytime now through until the end of February!

The room is normal size with HUGE built-in wardrobes, a king single mattress, desk and chair, but obviously you're welcome to bring any of your own furniture if you want.... There are 4 other people living in the house, 3 guys and one girl, age range 22-28, hence my ideal replacement would be a 20-30 year old female, just to keep the balance, and preferably non-smoking.

It is a big house which feels a lot like a family home, newish (see picture) and we even have a pool table!  As mentioned in the header, our house is located 400m along the river from the West End CityCat terminal.  The 199 and 192 bus routes also leave from this terminal - 199 is the 'West End BUZ' which comes every 10-15 minutes and is part of the Nightlink service (All night Fridays and Saturdays) from the Valley and City.  I don't have a car and always use the public transport, it's swell.
