Hello. My name is Gizelle I'm 26 & I'm renting 1Large room $150pw of my Townhouse in BOGNOR STREET, TINGALPA.

Looking for Reliable and responsible female student/ working person. Age 20years +

I have 1 bedroom to let. Has a double airbed. But can arrange to get a proper decent bed if you don't already have one available. The room comes with a bookshelf and computer desk (though can be removed) and Built in wardrobe.

I have my own ensuite so you will have your own seperate Bathroom. Which has a shower & bathtub. Also sepearte toilet and another downstairs in the laundry.

I Live in a SECURE townhouse complex. Security safe/ gated with pin code.

QUIET & FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD.

Great neighbours.

Large fenced swimming pool and Bbq area.

Parking space available in driveway (garage soon) or carparks.

Close to train/bus.

Next door to ALDI Supermarket, Chemist Warehouse, Hair & Beauty, Convenience store, Bakery, BWS Bottle Shop
Seafood/ Chinese & Indian Restuarant, ,Fruit shack, Chilld Care Centre. Live opposite Sports Club.
Wynnum Shopping Plaza & Fitness First gym 1km down the road.

6km from Bayside. Beach. Weekend markets.

12km to City.

Rent $150per week. . Rent includes gas bill/ power/ internet. Secuirty deposit $300.

Looking for a tidy, reliable female. No pets. Can be a outside smoker.

I'm 26 & a very easy going single mum with a 10month old baby boy. He's a very good loveable and HAPPY Baby.
So NO Hassles and with his father most weekends. I like to have neighbours and freinds over so you can too.
All I ask is to keep footwear outside. Share house chores and buy your own food.
