Country Dad and Mum are wanting to rent a Granny Flat/Studio for son living, working and studying in Brisbane.  Quiet, reliable and responsible 18 yo.  Elite managed athlete, 2 part time jobs and part time study.  Early nights and early starts for training mean that share houses and residential colleges are not an option.  The young man has been living in Brisbane during 2009 but a change in circumstances for current host mean that alternative accommodation must be found.  Glowing references available from current landlady and employers.  Own transport, but as close as possible to St Lucia would be ideal.
