I am an Australian 20yo female working permanent PT looking for a studio apartment in various areas of Brisbane. My workplace is in East Brisbane so preferably that is my first residing choice, however I also would'nt mind anything around Kangaroo Point, Toowong, Norman Park or Morningside. But no other suburbs out of this range.
I am looking for a granny flat specifically. Living maybe with other people in another house section, but with my own entrance, car space (street is fine) and own bathroom. Pretty much a detached area of a house.
My price range is within well $0 obviously :) lol but probably to a maximum of around $190 a week. I don't use house phones or house internet unless I get them put on myself, but I would like electricity to also be covered in this rent. I am only one person...I don't use much...PROMISE!!! :)
I am looking to move in January next year but I know how hard it is to get a house around then, so I am putting this out in advance both for myself and because I know tenants move out in January usually. Mid Jan is probably best for me. Early Jan however is fine also.
