Wanted: Allied Health Professional Looking for Consulting Room

I am an allied Health professional with dual qualifications as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Nutritionist. I am hoping to start my own business on the side of my current work and am looking for a consulting room with established data base of clients/referral pathways with local GP's and other allied health professionals.

 

At present I am only looking for a couple of hours on a week day and a couple of hours saturday morning, but with hope of growing into more hours. Ideally I am searching for a practice that is modern, air conditioned, preferably have waiting room/area, preferably have other allied health professionals to compliment/cross refer and been in operation for some time (aka experience). The access to a gym/fitness studio would be even better.
