Hi,
 
I am seeking a small studio apartment or office with one or two rooms to relocate my male waxing business to. I have been established for 2 years but I currently work from a shop which I no longer require as I am studying 2 days per week. I would prefer city or the northside and the closer to QUT Gardens Point the better. I also need parking (street parking is fine) and would prefer a discreet enterance :)
