I am looking for someone to share  this  room in Old Cleveland Road , Carina.
I am a Physiotherapist (working with athletes)  and I work there only twice to 3 times a week. So I need someone to use the room for the other 2 days.
The room has a reasonable size. I have an  eletrical table, a fit ball and  a booking shelf for some books and  other apparatus.
 
There is  a common waiting room, and common toilet and kitchen.
There is also plenty of off street parking.
Days for renting : Mondays and Wednesdays - $65 per day ( all negotiable)

PS. If you are a Registered Physio working with sports or  Registered Massage Therapist  with strong hands for sports massage, I might be able to send you some clients as I am Pregnant and  probably will not be able to keep up with work until the end of my pregnancy.
