We are a small women's fitness centre in West End. We would like to sub-lease our space to anyone wanting to hold yoga/pilates/dance classes or meetings during the times we are closed. The hours that the space would be available is as follows: Monday to Thursday between 10am and 12pm, 2pm and 4pm and after 7pm in the evening. Fridays as before except it would be available from 6pm in the evening. Saturdays after 10am and all day Sunday. Facilities include a toilet and seperate shower and a large room that you would be able to store any equipment required. There is also a large car park provinding off street parking - a huge advantage in West End! We are located centrally in Browning Street, across from the Melbourne Hotel.
