Unfortunately due to illness, the owner chef had to retire, sold it quickly to an Indian restaurant, who is unable to continue the lease.
As the landlord I am looking for someone who wants to open an Australian/ European restaurant, with the possibility of coffee shop, teahouse during the day.
The restaurant is fully furnished; the kitchen is fully equipped, with 2 walk-in cold rooms and one walk-in freezer.
