I am wanting to swap my lovely 2 bedroom unit only 5 years old in Victoria Point 2 minutes walk to the waterfront.Looking out at the  Moreton Bay, Lovely neighbours, own carport, Schools 3 mins walk, shopping centre with K Mart etc 5 mins away, 3 minutes walk to catch the ferry to beautiful Coochiemudlo island, this house will not dissapoint. I am willing to swap for a 2 or 3 bedroom house or townhouse preferably with a yard. Will consider most areas. 
 
 This unit is lovely and the area is fantastic. Fully carpeted front and back verandahs,Built ins. Tiled bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Please email me if you are interested.
