Hello - I am looking for a house to remove to my block for use as a studio. If anyone is planning on demolishing a 1-2 bedder under 100 square metres (council size regulations) which doesn't contain fibro or asbestos (preferably internal plasterboard or vj's), then I may be interested in purchasing it as a private party.
