I'm looking to purchase a house or possibly an apartment in either Brisbane (upto 15 k from the cbd) or on the Sunshine Coast (between Caloundra and Noosa).
I would like to rent first as I would currently find in difficult securing a mortgage as I'm self-employed.
Purchase price could be anything upto 500 K, depending on an independent valuation. I could pay upto 5000 dollars deposit and weekly rent at market value. I would also take over the full payment of Rates/Water and maintenance costs.
This is a genuine offer and could be benefical to both of us (buyer and seller).
The deal would be safe-guarded by a legal contract (solicitor) to ensure everyones interests are looked after.
