Hi there - we are a married, professional couple with dependent children who are VERY keen to buy a 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/2 living areas house within 20km radius of Brisbane CBD. Due to past financial difficulties, we require terms such as a rent/buy scheme or vendor finance. We can very comfortably pay between $500 - $600 per week.
