Hi we are looking for a 3-4 bedroom house to rent or with vendor finance from december. We do have cats so must be pet friendly and needs to be fully fenced, would love the extras like air con, dishwasher. Prefer a newer style house or a well maintained qld'er. Must have a decent sized yard as we have a 13ft trampoline. My husband is an independant contractor and I am a nanny. We would like a house either in the bayside areas or within 20minutes of the city but not on the northside or ipswich. If you have anything coming up please email us a description of the house, photos and the rental price you would like. We would like a place to call home for a long time.
