Hey guys,

I've got this 1 single bedroom in a 4bedroom share house available on 01 December 2009 at 15A Catherine Street (Wooloongabba, near Mater Hospita). The rent could be either short or long term. In fact, our current lease goes up to 28 January 2010 (short-term stay: December 2009-28 January 2010). However,  some of my housemates will extend it for 6 months (long-term stay: December 2009-July 2010). It's up to you how long you feel like staying. There's $420 bond. House expenses such as electricity, gas and internet are shared, but it's way far to be out of budget. The house is fully furnished. My bedroom as well, although  I'll probably ask for a contribution for the room furniture. if this is something that speaks to you then call, text or email me.
