I have a lovely flat in Milton with a spare bedroom to rent out for a few months between now and Feb (flexible). The flat and spare room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and has built in wardrobes so all you need to bring is your suitcase. There is a separate bathroom for you to use and a lovely big balcony in a leafy setting. I am very close to Park Road and Milton train station (about a 3 min walk). Transport to the city is a breeze!
 
I am looking to share with someone who is tidy and respectful. Rent would be $210per week.
