Hello!
We are looking for:
- One person (18-30)
- Non smoker
- Clean, tidy and respectful 
- Preferably short term (3 months max)
To move in to our townhouse while we are overseas. We already have flat mates (its a lovely couple and they are staying while we are away) and we will be gone for 6 weeks during the xmas holidays.
The price of $150 incl electricity and internet (reasonable use).
The room has its own toilet (the bathroom will be shared with other flat mates), and it is fully furnished (bed, bedside tables and a desk if you require one).
The complex where we live in has a swimming pool and it is a gated community so if you have a car it will be safe to leave at the front of the townhouse.
